Lead Pastor

The Morrison (Illinois) Brethren in Christ Church is seeking a pastor (full-time or possible co-vocational). The church is located in the middle of a small town in NW Illinois surrounded by farmland. The congregation includes family business owners, farmers, nurses, blue collar/service techs, management, teachers, and office professionals. The successful candidate should understand (be willing to learn) small-town, midwestern culture, and acclimate into the church and community. The church is anabaptist in belief, with a blend of many backgrounds (Catholic, Lutheran, Mennonite, Methodist, BIC). There is no dress code – all are welcome. The church is neither old-school, nor modern, but somewhere in the middle.
